Privacy notice
This notice is provided in ordinary language so you understand how personal information submitted through this website may be handled. If you require formal legal interpretation, retain your own advisers.
Purpose
We describe what personal information we obtain when you communicate with us (including via the online “Request a quotation” form), why we handle it, and your main choices and rights related to POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013).
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect (where you voluntarily provide it):
- Identity details: first name and surname.
- Contact details: company name (if supplied), telephone / mobile numbers, email address.
- Project descriptions: printing or branding requirements (including garment or item quantities, inks, substrates, deadlines, messages and related notes).
- Technical identifiers in server logs supplied by hosting (for example approximate IP address, browser type), used for security or diagnostics — not marketed from.
We collect only reasonable information relevant to quoting, production enquiries, correspondence, or concluding an order.
Why we process your information (“purpose”)
We process personal information to respond to your enquiries and quotations, follow up reasonably to progress a possible order, organise production logistics, invoicing communication where relevant, maintain business records tied to lawful operations, meet legal retention requirements if any apply, protect our systems (for example misuse detection), and not to sell mailing lists or to send unrelated third‑party promotions.
No routine sharing for marketing lists
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share client data broadly. Disclosure is limited narrowly to what's necessary to run the workshop (for instance email delivery through our hosting/email provider solely to transmit your inquiry to our mailbox, or accountants / legal advisers strictly if lawfully required). Contractors who could handle information on limited basis do so confidentially toward the stated purpose — not unrelated marketing profiling.
Use strictly to engage you
We use your identifiers and project details internally to correspond with you, prepare quotes or production, fulfil contracts, clarify artwork or logistics issues, invoice or collect payment references if related to that order, and otherwise manage the lawful relationship you initiated until it naturally concludes unless law requires retention.
Cookies & similar technologies
This site is predominantly informational. Embedding services (maps, fonts hosted by providers) might set their normal technical cookies independently of us; read their policies if you rely on heightened restriction. We aim to minimise personal data collection unrelated to quoting.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for a timeframe reasonably justified for follow‑up quotations, invoicing linkage, reorders, lawful accounting or tax traceability — then erased or aggregated where appropriate. Absolute periods depend on operational need; longer retention only where mandated (for example transactional records statutes).
Security
We adopt reasonable safeguards appropriate to SME operations (controlled server access through hosting, secure configuration goals, phishing awareness basics). Absolute security cannot be guaranteed but we avoid reckless exposure.
Your rights under POPIA (summary)
- Ask whether we hold personal information concerning you.
- Request correction of inaccurate/deleted superseded factual items where permissible.
- Object to unnecessary processing grounded on legitimate balancing — we will assess lawfulness.
- Lodge complaints with South Africa's Information Regulator: justice.gov.za/inforeg (verify current channel form / contact details periodically).
Respond to substantive requests reasonably without undue delay, subject proof of identity safeguards.
Cross‑border transfers
Primary processing occurs in South Africa. If your email traverses multinational infrastructure incidental to SMTP delivery, it's operational necessity—not secondary export for unrelated profiling.
Children
This site aims at enterprise / adult procurement—not directed at knowingly collecting minors' data systematically.

The version date footer below may evolve; substantive changes summarized near top next revision wherever practical.
